My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2022

Yesterday I really tried to take my 10,000 steps goal seriously by running. I did some basic cardio exercises like jumping jacks and push-ups for about fifteen minutes. After that, I moved on to some strength training exercises. I lifted weights for about thirty minutes, doing three sets of six repetitions each for the chest, shoulders and arms.
