My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2022

Hello, everyone. Yesterday again I tried to exceed the usual 10,000 steps by the end of the day. After coming home from work, I took a path near my house and started walking until I exceeded the target. In the evening, I continued my regular fitness routine by doing some exercises and a bit of jumping rope. By continuing with this routine I hope to lose that extra 9 - 11lbs.
