Hello dear Actifites, I hope you are well.
Today I had a very busy day although I could not do any physical activity, today was a day of many daily tasks, washing dirty clothes, cleaning, cooking, washing up, cleaning the house etc.
Even in the afternoon I had to take my son to the public health post with symptoms vomiting and upset stomach, luckily it's nothing serious.
Anyway, one way or another, I managed to get more than 5k steps. I hope tomorrow to improve the mark.
