In today's post, I share a few pictures from Friday, along with my Actifit Report Card.
I made an extra effort to walk as much as possible as Weekend Two of the @macfit Super League starts today. I took two walks. The first was around midday along this mossy path. It was drizzling, and the temperature was coolish. There were some incredible trees.
I went out for another walk at night and by the time I hit the hey I accumulated 11,245 steps. Happily, I met my 10,000 step/day minimum goal for the first time in two days. I hope to get some hiking in this weekend and hopefully get enough points to make it through this next macfit Super League round.
The Alive Chat topic for today is Share Your Friday, and I'd like to share a few highlights from mine. Definitely, the walk through the forest was a rejuvenating break in the middle of the day. After I picked up my daughter from school we bought some snacks from the market and went to her guitar lesson. In the evening I ordered a pizza for dinner. Last week we finished watching the cartoon series Avatar: The Last Airbender and loved it. So this week we started the sequel The Legend of Korra and so far, it is really good and we are enjoying it.
