well I hadn't gone out in a whole week , which is quite unusual, but then I was not feeling too well. but I took a walk yesterday and it was worth the whole stress most definitely 😊😊. went out to make photocopies of some papers and I really took a tour round town . it was hectic as the harmattan wouldn't let us walk peacefully. it was cold and sunny at the same time due to the harmattan. but then it was a good day to take a walk
