Such a contrast between this rainy day and the beautiful sunny Sunday (I'll post some pictures from Sunday instead lol), but we needed to do some recuperation training today. Only Biel and me today but rain like last week Monday. Anyway we did 10km, mission accomplished. #AliveAndThriving #alive
