Precompetition training 3x200m: June 10 2022

Today I needed to try some speed after some time for the 1000m of tomorrow. 39"-37"-38" on the cross should be enough for 3'15"-3'16" even though still a lot of tiredness, so will try to rest tomorrow! And than at 18h45 let's rock on this beautiful blue track! #alive
