Today, I started a 55 push-ups a day challenge for the next five months.
I turn 50 years old in may, and I plan on being a fitness beast in my 50th year of life.
I also plan on walking most of the 24 hours of my 50th birthday, so my @actifit steps counts will be increasing considerably in the next few months.
I did over 250 push-ups today, and I walked 8000 steps this afternoon.
