My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2024||What if we have fruits day.

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

In this part of the world, I can't say the same for other places, but here in Nigeria we dwell so much on eating stuff that are being preserved with only few people that eat unprocessed food or drink. It's not a new thing that processed foods kill our immune system gradually which makes our body system aged so quickly. I can list food we eat here that processed;semovita, beverages, sandines, noodles, some rice products, juice and many of them.

So in terms of supplement, there are certain fruits that could help us to balance out diet when they are produced by one self without being processed with chemicals or whatsoever. Fruit like Lemon, Orange, Banana, Avocado, Sugarcane, Tea leaf etc. All these can be blended together to make juice or healthy tea. While we exercise, this can also be used as supplement for healthy living.

Note that most these fruits mentioned above are mostly immune system booster because they contain properties like;

  • Antioxidant
  • Vitamin
  • Potassium
  • Bioactive

It's good to take these things before or after exercise to relax the body system. We can even as well have a separate day to consume only fruits as immune system booster and be drank to pass toxic from the body.
