I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
Like I said yesterday, walking every morning has become part and parcel of me. Though I have found it to be something that is not easy to do waking every morning to take some walks. Lately,I have discovered and noticed how my body has transformed ever since I have started taking this walk as a priority every morning. So after taking some walks the next thing is "relaxation".
What's relaxation?
Relaxation is the response that follows after taking after engaging in some kind of stress activities. It could be anything or any energy sapping activities. That's why you see people after engaging in one of two activities, you will hear them saying, after this let me come and relax. Relaxation is what body needs after an encounter with stress or whatsoever.
What's my personal experience after relaxation?
One thing I have discovered is that after taking a walk, then I now relax, it helps me with a good sleep.
It also helps me to relax my mind mind like I have nothing to think about.
After all the sweat and all that, today I took a meditation kind of relaxation focusing on my Landlord's white ceilings as seen in the pictures above.
