Morning training
@paezworkout
I started my day with a burst of energy thanks to a morning cardio routine. After waking up early, I went for a 30-minute jog. The fresh air and movement helped me wake up completely and get my body moving. To complement the jog, I did a relaxed 20-minute walk, perfect for slowing down and preparing my muscles for the next challenge.
Once I finished my cardio, I headed to the park to work on my core. My ab workout consisted of four key exercises. I started with knee raises, a classic that works both the upper and lower abs. I did four sets of 12 repetitions each to ensure good muscle activation.
Next, I incorporated L-sit raises, a more advanced exercise that requires core strength and hip flexor strength. This movement helped me strengthen my upper body stability and improve my control over the movement. I did four sets of 20 seconds each, with short rests between each set.
To finish, I included toes to bar and a plank. Toes to bar are excellent for working the lower abs and hip flexibility. I did four sets of 12 repetitions, focusing on maintaining correct technique to avoid injury. The plank, on the other hand, is an isometric exercise that works the entire core and improves stability. I held the plank for four minutes, with 15-second rests each minute.
