I stepped in last minute for a colleague who'd fallen ill, leaving me no chance for my usual morning walk. The day started on a hurried note, but at least I managed to get my 5K steps in while hustling to the venue and back home. I traded my quiet stroll for city sidewalks and commuter chaos, weaving through crowds and dodging traffic. Sometimes, you have to make do with what’s in front of you, no time to plan, no time to pause, just keep moving.
