Had an unexpected change in schedule early this morning which allowed me to go outside for a walk with the partner. I was amazed of how great the weather continues to be down here. Happy starting the day that way although it was a tough rest of the day.
Meetings made it difficult to get activity during the day. It came to the point that I was getting cramps from sitting. Walked it off often but still had to make an extra effort to really get to the goal today but came short.
