It took a bit longer than I thought to shake off a bit of a hamstring strain. It is hard seeing my mileage graph drop almost in half, but I was able to do more on the bike to hopefully keep some fitness up. I might try to increase a bit slower this time and even hold 30 kilometres a week until I can get back some high-end speed.
Other than my usual morning run, body weight exercises, and the evening stroll, we visited my mum for lunch and caught up on a few house and yard chores after friday night away.
