Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

Activo en los trotes semanales, para esta ocasión, cambie drásticamente la dinámica o como le he venido haciendo anteriores veces, con intención de recuperar la resistencia en piernas y pulmonar para los próximos trotes. El cambio a destacar es que, caminaría rápidamente e intensamente, desde el punto de siempre del "Comando" hasta llegar, por toda la avenida, a los primeros semáforos y luego, desde allí, de regreso trotaría con fuerza, casi con ganas de correr, y les digo que no me fue fácil, sentía que no podía respirar, pero lo pude soportar hasta el mismo punto de partida sin paradas.

Luego del trote, me dirigí al parque de barras a saludar a los brothers y comprobar algunos ejercicios avanzados, por lo menos no tuve que prepararme tanto, gracias al intenso trote, bueno, en mi caso claro, jejeje, y desde allí me fui a mi casa a descansar.

Active in the weekly jogs, for this occasion, I changed drastically the dynamics or as I have been doing before, with the intention of recovering the resistance in legs and lung for the next jogs. The change to highlight is that, I would walk quickly and intensely, from the usual point of the "Comando" until arriving, along the avenue, to the first traffic lights and then, from there, I would jog back with force, almost with the desire to run, and I tell you that it was not easy, I felt that I could not breathe, but I could endure it until the same starting point without stops.

After the jog, I went to the bar park to greet the brothers and check some advanced exercises, at least I didn't have to prepare so much, thanks to the intense jogging, well, in my case of course, hehehe, and from there I went home to rest.
