Hoy a las 3:30pm salí de casa para el primer día entrenamiento en el gym, para ser más específicos en "Gimnasio Tempo Energy", que por fortuna se ubica cerca de donde yo vivo. Y al pasar, les puedo decir que el gimnasio es chévere, más que todo por la variedad de máquinas que hay. Hoy me enfoque en entender algunos ejercicios y en el uso de algunas máquinas, pero no capture fotos de ello porque como dije estaba concentrado en aprender.

Here for the weekly jog, as it normally Today at 3:30pm I left home for the first day of training at the gym, to be more specific at "Gimnasio Tempo Energy", which fortunately is located near where I live. I can tell you that the gym is cool, mostly because of the variety of machines there. Today I focused on understanding some exercises and the use of some machines, but I didn't take pictures of it because as I said I was focused on learning.
