Hello Friends,

Assalam o alaikum,

Hope you all are doing well and enjoying rain.

Friends this is my very 1st post of Actifit.

Today I will teach you how to make CHICKEN BIRYANI, I love cooking and eating. So hivers today I'm gonna make CHICKEN BIRYANI with you all.

To make biryani you first need two onions, 2 tomatoes, 5 green chilies, 2 table spoon garlic and ginger paste,2 table spoon Salt, 1 table spoon red chilli powder, half table spoon turmeric powder, juice of 2 lemons, 100 GMs yogurt, shan Biryani Masala sache and 1/2 kg Basmati Rice soaked in water and 1 litre water for boiling.

To make biryani, first you have to take a non stick or steel pot and put oil in it and heat it.

Once the oil is hot, you have to add chop onions and chicken in the hot oil.

Then you have to fry the onions and chicken till the color change to golden brown.

Then you have to add garlic and ginger paste in it.

Add half cut potatoes.

After frying potatoes, chicken, onions add chop tomatoes and all the spices along with the Shan Biryani Masala,lemon juice and yogurt and green chilies.

And cook it for 5 minutes at normal flame.

After that you have to add water and increase the flame till the water boiled.

After boiling the water add rice in it.

After adding the rice, you will cover the pot with a lid for 10 minutes.

Your Biryani is ready, add some yellow food color in some water and put it in your rice and then cover the rice tightly with lid or cap.

And then turn the flame LOW for 5 minutes

Now serve the Chicken Biryani with yogurt and enjoy your day.
