*NECK STRAIN*
I have been experiencing this terrible neck and lower back pain for a while now.
It worsened this week and was more today😪, it is super painful and I can't wait to get a better massage done by a chiropractor with adequate rest.
Grateful for the first week, grateful for the 2nd week and the days beyond.
