It's Ramadhan so haven't been training much. But I'm trying to keep active my at least getting in 6k steps minimum, 10k would be better. I'm not consistent with wearing my watch and having my phone on me at all times but at least I have reached my target.
Busy Good Friday, I don't celebrate Easter but enjoyed the day off. Popped into the shops early morning to take care of some admin. Then home to chill out for a bit then. Had some supper plans with friends, and I was tasked to make a lasagne. So cooked that up, managed to colour my hair as well. Then off to a lovely iftar with some good company.
All in a day's movement.
