Hey Actifitters,
Kaia had the great idea to get skunked last night, and that means I was in the yard, trying to wash her off in the middle of the night. The usual mixture with hydroxide, baking soda and dish soap worked okay. But it's not perfect yet, it will need a lot more baths. At least, she seems fine, the toxic spray didn't affect her too much, except for the smell.
All that to say it was yet another very short night, about 2 hours. That still happens way too often.
It also rained all day, so not much motivation today. But we went for several walks, and on the last one, the rain finally slowed down.
Spent some time in the forest, it was a little better for mosquitoes but still terrible.
The dogs caught a few interesting scents. As long as it's not a skunk again, I don't mind.
And we kept going on the wet streets. No flooding for now, fingers crossed.
