Hey Actifitters, hope you had a great weekend.
Today was quite an active day with lots of steps. First we went for a long night walk.
Then during the day, while it was raining heavily, lots of pacing in front of the Euro football final. I often try not to just sit on the sofa while watching sports on TV. So, walking, rope skipping, lunging, squatting, etc... keeps me active. Not every time though, not enough motivation.
And of course, multiple walks with the dogs.
And finally, a bit of shopping because after a few weeks, both the fridge and pantry were getting seriously empty...
I hoped that the heavy rain and slightly lower temperatures would have helped with mosquitoes. So during one of our walks, we went to the woods.
Definitely these slugs enjoyed this rainy weather, they were everywhere and not bothered by mosquitoes.
Once again it was just us out there, so off-leash adventures for the dogs!
But just like yesterday, mosquitoes won and I decided to leave the forest quickly.
We added lots of distance just walking in the neighborhood.
