My brother and I played a difficult eighteen-hole disc golf course today. We were not keeping score, but the round was going well until some rain and really strong wind came up.
On one hole, a big gust came up and blew both my disc and hat into a water filled ditch. I managed to get them both back, but I had to act fast because my hat was floating away.
On another hole, the wind lifted my brother's disc way up in the air, and it went deep into some reeds. We looked for it but it was in a difficult place and we needed to get some dinner. After that, we skipped the last few holes because I was tired and didn't want us to lose anything more.
It was a fun course, but the weather made it extra challenging. I had a great time playing with my brother. I was tired out from the exercise and didn't throw as well as I usually do, though. It was a few days since I last played disc golf.
