I played a short nine-hole round of disc golf for practice this morning. I wanted to try out a new disc that I got from the tournament yesterday.
It was a nice disc, but I'm not sure it is going to make the bag and be one that I throw in tournaments. I wasn't empressed with the plastic, and it is tough to break in a new disc and learn it. I often like to have several discs of the same type when I start using a new disc, and I'm not sure I want to make the investment in purchasing more discs.
I'm starting to get a nice collection of custom tournament discs. Most of the ones I pick up at tournaments I don't end up throwing. I like displaying them on my shelf.
