Backsquats and Snatches with a workout afterward. My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2021

I was able to lift today with another lady who is a previous power lifter. It is so nice to lift with someone else. I normally lift alone.

Today, we did some back squats, hang cleans, and snatches before we got to the workout of the day.

I worked up to 200 lbs on the back squat for 3 reps. I did 155# for my hang cleans, and 125# for my snatches today.

After lifting, we did strict handstand pushups, followed by dumbbell snatches, overhead lunges and burpees.

I need to work on lifting more regularly amd getting in some running to help my cardio.
