Today we work with abs a total of 400 sit-ups, divides as follows:
-abdominals on bicycles, 50 repetitions 2 series
-Basic ABS 50 repetitions 2 series
-Basic abs in the Air 50 repetitions 2 series

  • abdominales with legal in the Air from side to side 50 repetitions 2 series
  • plancha 1 min
    With a rest of 20 secd and culminate with a jpg of 10 min
