All day today I've been hearing voices. I swear some of them were saying my name. And there were random odd sounds as well. My granddaughter heard those too.
The thing is, I know what the voices are. They still baffled me today anyway. I work in a household with two police officers. They keep a radio on in the kitchen. All day long there is the voice of the dispatcher and various deputies for our local county sheriff's office.

I don't know if it was the lower volume (it's usually turned up louder) or some sudden weirdness with my ears, but the radio voices sounded so much like quiet conversations coming from everywhere except where the radio is located.
It was so odd and disconcerting that granddaughter and I went on a playful ghost hunt because of the strange sounds. Still scratching our heads. 🤔
Beyond the voices, it was a typical day of childcare and housekeeping. I got my Actifit count from walking, microworkouts, ghost hunting, and a few rounds of hide 'n seek.
