Spent much of the day doing little microworkouts between chores and playing with granddaughter. Went out to check on the chickens and the sky was bright blue. Within minutes we were running back inside, chased in by rain and lightning. Never lasted more than a few minutes at a time but was off and on little thunderstorms all day long.
Tried out my daughter's vertical climber. That was fun. I like that piece of equipment. I did a few minutes of climbing to the ceiling multiple times throughout my day. It was a lot more fun than that NordicTrack elliptical. I remember using an elliptical years ago at the gym and loving it. Not feeling the love these days.
