Do you use Castor Oil? I have been seeing so many YouTube videos about Castor Oil lately. This time of year my skin can get dry mainly due to having the heat on in the house. So I watched a few of these videos and decided to get a bottle of the stuff.
I tried it on a small area of my arm. It is wise to check for skin reactions before using things on your skin.
It is day 2 now, and no issues. I'll test again tomorrow. If still no issues then I may rub some into my forearms as that area is exposed because I am usually inside wearing T Shirts.
Supposedly Castor Oil is also good for rashes. I get some dry patches on my back sometimes in the Winter. It gets a little red and itches. This Winter I have a possible remedy!
What are your experiences with Castor Oil or similar healthy oils that you use on your skin?
