Saludos amigos y amigas de actifit este nuevo día les vengo a traer una mañana y tarde bastante ajetreada, ya que me levanté aproximadamente a las 5 de la mañana para así hacer trading o buscar alguna entrada posible o algún análisis del mercado, luego de eso tuvimos que salir, ya que el día de ayer la comadre de mi pareja me preguntó si podía ir a una revisión deportiva sobre un curso que está haciendo de fisioterapia y maderoterapia lo cual decidimos ir pero no nos habíamos dado cuenta de que aún no teníamos el pasaje para pagar el autobús así que tuvimos que buscarlo rápidamente en la noche porque sino el día de hoy no podríamos haber salido cabe destacar que salimos aproximadamente como a las 10 de la mañana hacia cercano a el centro comercial las Américas un centro comercial bastante conocido acá en Venezuela estado aragua nosotros luego de ir un poco más allá entro en lo que vendría siendo la terapia lo cual me pareció bastante agradable y muy chévere porque es bastante interactivo tuvieron algunas evaluaciones las personas qué estaban haciendo la atención porque no simplemente era la comadre de mi pareja también había muchos más estudiantes de los cuales llevaron a un modelo para así hacerle un dicho masaje específico, luego de la terapia aproximadamente que duramos dos horas y medias allí fuimos caminando a volver a tomar el autobús lo cual se hizo bastante fácil porque recién estaba pasando uno para venir de vuelta a casa, tuvimos que caminar bastante ya que prácticamente teníamos el pasaje para ida y vuelta y había una camioneta de por medio la cual todo el trayecto nos tuvimos que ir caminando y allí fue donde mayormente tuvimos un poco más de actividad en nuestro reporte, ya llegando a casa. Calentamos una sopa para almorzar e hicimos algunas arepas, las fotografías de la comida no las tengo porque llegamos con bastante hambre y nos dignamos solamente a comer, a continuación les mostraré lo que fue el trayecto del día algunas fotografías de ciertos lugares donde pasamos y también algunas fotos que tomé mientras que me hacían la terapia, espero que les guste y a continuación les dejo las fotografías.

Greetings friends and friends of actifit this new day I come to bring you a morning and afternoon quite busy, as I got up at about 5 am to do trading or look for any possible entry or some analysis of the market, after that we had to leave, since yesterday my partner's partner asked me if I could go to a sports review about a course she is doing in physiotherapy and wood therapy which we decided to go but we had not realized that we still did not have the ticket to pay the bus so we had to look for it quickly at night because otherwise today we could not have left, it should be noted that we left at about 10 am to near the shopping center Las Americas, a well known shopping center here here in the city, we had to go to the bus station to get the ticket to pay the bus so we had to look for it quickly at night because otherwise we could not have left today. Americas, a well known mall here in Venezuela, Aragua state, after going a little further we went into what would become the therapy, which I found quite nice and very cool because it is quite interactive, the people who were doing the attention had some evaluations because it was not just the comadre of my partner, there were also many more students of which they took a model to do a specific massage, After the therapy, which lasted approximately two and a half hours, we went walking to get back to the bus which was quite easy because there was just a bus passing by to come back home, we had to walk quite a bit since we practically had a round trip ticket and there was a van in the way and we had to walk all the way and that was where we mostly had a little more activity in our report, already arriving home. We heated up some soup for lunch and made some arepas, I don't have the pictures of the food because we arrived quite hungry and we deigned only to eat, then I will show you what was the journey of the day some pictures of certain places where we passed and also some pictures I took while I was doing the therapy, I hope you like it and then I leave you the pictures.

Por la mañana	In the morning

Por la mañana me levanté a las 5 de la mañana aunque me tenía que haber levantado a las 3 seguí de largo porque no sonó la alarma, viendo esto me levanté a la hora dicha para así ponerme a analizar el mercado de trading tanto del oro como del bitcoin, para así ver posibles puntos de entrada de lo cual verdaderamente no conseguí ninguno así que tocará esperar a la noche a ver qué consigo, luego de Yo desayuné cuando reposé la comida me fui a bañar y de allí esperé que se hicieran aproximadamente las 11:15 de la mañana para así salir a las prácticas de la comadre de mi pareja @alegar.two , luego de ello tuvimos el trayecto de llegada hasta el centro comercial donde se está dictando el curso, posteriormente a esto tomé varias fotografías mediante y después de la terapia.

por la tarde el trayecto sí fue bastante más suave pero aún así nos mantuvimos bastante activos pasamos cercano al museo aeronáutico dónde tomé algunas fotos y me detuve a ver ciertas estructuras para también así tomarle fotografías, ya con el finiquito de nuestro día llegamos a la casa y nos dignamos a comer, ya desde aquí a mañana a nuestra siguiente aventura, espero que les haya gustado mi post, si les gustó menciónenmelo en un comentario, y no me queda nada más que decir, solo hasta la próxima.
