wednesday night, i think this is my very first wednesday walk. i have always wanted to walk on a wednesday because of the #wednesdaywalk tag but then my schedule always failed me. today, if i recalled right, is the first and hopefully not the last.
it was a usual route, i'm pretty sure you must have grown tired of this same location coming up again and again. well, hope you don't blame me for coming back and back to this area when you see how beautiful it is.
the clouds looked pretty cool in this park to be honest, a wide park surely gives a wide view of the sky. but why are there clouds even at night? does that mean that rain will fall someday? hope not on saturday, i would love to have clear skies on the day i plan to ride on plane. wednesday had a fewer crowd in this park, i wonder if that is always the case. what is with wednesdays then? is it because the middle of the week is always a lazy day?
at one point, on one technology school building, i saw some interesting art by the window. it looked like stained glass, and i don't know if it really is, or if the students even made this, or if it was there from the beginning. i don't know. i had to zoom in just so see what it really was, i still don't know the truth, but it sure looked cool. this just proved that there is still so much to see even if i have passed this route over and over.
at the end of the route, i revisited the ameyoko street market. there were so many things to see and this is exactly why i do not want to have my night walks when i am preparing for a vacation, i get tempted. i walked past the shops until the clothing store where i bought something different from what i initially planned, the things sold were now fit for the cold season, but so not fit for philippine weather. i ended up buying an inner shirt for me. and since i already had a paper bag with me, that was a catalyst to buy some more food souvenirs for my trip. this was so unnecessary. but then again, impulse got the best of me. i don't know, i completely give up; my brain is not cooperating at all.
i went home and vented my stress at the gym. at least that was something i am proud of.
