Hi Hive friends, Sundays are for resting and outings and also the day of watching football matches. Yesterday was an amazing day for me as I watched a match at The Onwubiko International Soccer Academy and Stadium located at Okpala, Ngor Okpala, IMO state, Nigeria.
The match was between Umuokoro United and Umuohie ukwu, Umuokoro united have played several matches in the past 6 months and haven't losed a single match in the period in review. Umuohie Ukwu United has played several matches in the last few months and have lost 3 games both home and away.
The games started with the two teams trying to out do each other at the sound of the whistle. Umuokoro United pressed the other team for the first 20 minutes with the mask man of Umuokoro United missing several chances. the second term responded with a high push against the first team with pressure being on them for the last 10 minutes of the game.
The second half of the game was the most exciting half with Umuokoro United pressing and getting the first goal of the game. few minutes later they added the second goal and the third goal of the game. The 80th minute of the game saw Umuohie Ukwu FC getting a lone goal through a effort from the captain of the team. The match ended 3 goals to 1 in favor of Umuokoro United.
