Picture this: It's 5:27 PM. You're hungry after a busy day at work, itching to urge home to ascertain your family, and now you're stuck in traffic. Frustration sets in. But you're wont to it since this is often a daily occurrence.

  1. Get a notebook and take 5 minutes right before laying right down to free write.
