The sun dominates unchallenged in the sky of this hot Neapolitan summer and assisted by an intense African anticyclone gives us a beautiful season without neglecting some short breaks.
Not caring for the very high temperatures recorded yesterday in the company of stratospheric levels of humidity that only in our city can be reached have fallen right in the hottest hours to go to the private post and pay some boletin.
But this was not the only time I went down during the day in fact after a little I had to go to Volla and having found no other means of transport I had to do a couple of kilometers Feet under the sun without even the cap I had forgotten.
I passed in a popular park of recent invoice whose gardens are not kept very well as the rest of the green areas of the outskirts of Naples.
And here I am, having reached the entrance of the city of Volla, where Naples ends and its hinterland begins.
This is a town that has had an incredible development in recent years and a considerable number of palaces and parks have been built.
There are buildings of a certain architectural importance, even if they are hidden in the inner streets of the city.
Back in my neighborhood I passed by the minor basilica of Our Lady of Snow which is already ready to celebrate its anniversary while the streets of the city are already decorated with Lights ready to liven up the sultry evenings of early August 2024.
Lately they have also polished this wonderful decorated door of entrance to the ecclesiastical building.
And as the moon sets in the night so Neapolitan lights go out on this report actifit while I greet all the extraordinary blockchain pioneers of Hive that have come between the lines of my crypto blog.
Sfidando il solleone
Il sole domina incontrastato nel cielo di questa bollente estate napoletana e coadiuvato da un intenso anticiclone africano ci regala una bellissima stagione senza però disdegnare qualche breve pausa.
Non curante delle altissime temperature registrate ieri in compagnia di stratosferici livelli di umidità che solo nella nostra città si riescono a raggiungere sono sceso proprio nelle ore più calde per andare alla posta privata e pagare alcuni bollettini.
Ma questa non è stata l'unica volta che sono sceso durante la giornata infatti dopo poco sono dovuto andare a Volla e non avendo trovati altri mezzi di trasporto ho dovuto fare un paio di chilometri a piedi sotto il solleone senza nemmeno il berretto che avevo dimenticato.
Sono passato in un parco popolare di recente fattura i cui giardini non vengono tenuti molto bene un po' come il resto delle zone verdi della periferia di Napoli.
Ed eccomi qui che ho raggiunto l'ingresso della città di Volla qui dove termina Napoli e comincia il suo hinterland.
Questa è una cittadina che ha avuto uno sviluppo incredibile negli ultimi anni e si sono edificati un numero considerevole di palazzi e parchi.
Non mancano palazzi di un certo rilievo architettonico anche se sono un po' nascosti tra i viali interni della città.
Tornato nel mio quartiere sono passato vicino alla basilica minore della Madonna della Neve che è già pronta per festeggiare il suo anniversario mentre le vie della città sono già addobbate da luminarie pronte a ravvivare le serate afose di inizio agosto 2024.
Ultimamente hanno anche lucidato questa meravigliosa porta decorata di ingresso dell'edificio ecclesiastico.
