Aspettando l'estate
Dopo una lunga notte resa difficile dalla prima afa che preannuncia un anticipo di estate che sta arrivando mi sono ritrovato sotto questa ragnatela di tubi di acciaio a Piazza Garibaldi pronto a partire in metropolitana.
Dopo aver preso una serie di coincidenze nei trasporti pubblici mi sono ritrovato nel parco di mia sorella che era pronta per partire verso la sua villa al mare assieme a tutta la famiglia.
Abbiamo avuto poco tempo per cucinare un pranzo genuino anche perché prima di mettere le pietanze si fornelli le abbiamo dovuti coltivare anzi io le ho dovute raccogliere.
Questi pomodori invece non li abbiamo potuti cuocere in quanto sono ancora un po' acerbi vanno lasciati un po' sul tavolo a maturare.
Abbiamo evitato di preparare anche le melanzane visto che sono cibi più elaborati da cucinare.
Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di scattare qui una foto a questi peperoncini verdi che me li sono ritrovati in padella a saltare.
Accanto erano pronti per essere cotti i peperoni al gratin.
Nel frattempo che in cucina preparavano il pranzo ho potuto godermi un po' la sdraio vicino al giardino mentre contemplavo come l'erbacce avessero preso il sopravvento vicino l'orto.
Neanche quest'altro lato del giardino se la passava tanto bene e infatti mia sorella ha dovuto chiamare una squadra di giardinieri che fra un paio di giorni verranno a risolvere il problema.
Com'è il pranzo è stato preparato velocemente altrettanto rapidamente e finito ed infatti ora mi ritrovo ad aprire la guantiera di piccola pasticceria.
In serata un po' di nuvolosità ha preso il sopravvento ma nel frattempo che attendiamo l'estate salutiamo i fantastici pionieri della blockchain di Hive l'inimitabile crypto social tribu di straordinari talenti informatici.
