What better way to spend the hottest day so far in the UK? A walk in Worth Park Gardens. It was very hot, but not quite as hot as some places. I think the highest was 34.8°C in Norfolk today.
So this park is part of the grounds of an old school. Long since demolished, but a block of flats were built in its place. 😫
This public park is just one of many in my home town. We are lucky to have these places to walk and enjoy, especially on days like today.
I noticed a bees nest in the roof of the main building. The town council are aware of it but leave the bees alone. I think that is a good idea. 👍
The lower part of this park has an open meadow which is crossed by a road. Once across the road, there is a nice lake which i have shown on previous posts.
