I began my day by immersing myself in a worship song. As my family 👪 and I readied ourselves for church, my thoughts turned to the profound and unconditional Love that Christ commanded after sacrificing himself on the cross. As we strolled towards the church , I seized the chance to engage in a physical activity and accumulate some along the way. Deep within me , I harbored a fervent desire to shed those lingering calories that had been weighing me down and making me feel uncomfortable in my own skin.
As evening descended, I leisurely explored my neighbourhood, taking gentle strolls and enjoying the company of friends.
