[PL] Ten weekend mam pracujący. W zasadzie to bym nawet nie narzekał, tylko te temperatury. Na zewnątrz normalnie jesiennie, trochę popaduje i jest w zasadzie chłodno, chodzi o temperaturę w pomieszczeniu gdzie pracuję. Oprócz mnie na zmianie jest 2-3 południowców i to ich zasługa, że klima została podkręcona na maksa. Przed południem termometr na moim biurku pokazywał 27 stopni Celsjusza, ja dosłownie rozpływałem się, a oni siedzą w ciepłych polarach i nic. Nie dało się wytrzymać, około godziny 10 zebrałem się na przerwę.

[EN] This weekend I have a working weekend. I wouldn't even complain; it's just the temperatures. Outside, it's normally autumnal, it's raining a bit, and it's chilly, I mean the temperature in the room where I work. Apart from me, there are 2-3 southerners on shift, and it is to their credit that the air conditioning has been cranked up to the max. Before noon the thermometer on my desk was showing 27 degrees Celsius, I was melting, and they were sitting in warm fleeces and nothing. It was impossible to stand; around 10 o'clock, I gathered myself for a break.

[PL] W czasie przerwy zrobiłem spokojnym biegiem zwykłą pętlę wokół bazy, pod koniec czułem się stosunkowo dobrze, zamiast biec bezpośrednio na halę sportową, to dorzuciłem jeszcze kilkaset metrów po małej pętli wokół kompleksu szkolno-medycznego. Obawiałem się, że może po piątkowym biegu będę miał zmęczone nogi, ale nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Fajny spokojny jogging w jesiennej pogodzie. Ważne, że do realizacji celu brakuje coraz mniej.

[EN] During the break, I did an easy run of the usual loop around the base; by the end, I was feeling relatively well, and instead of running directly to the sports hall, I added a few hundred metres on a small loop around the school and medical complex. I was worried I might have tired legs after Friday's run, but nothing like that happened. A nice easy jog in the autumn weather. The important thing is that I am getting less and less short of my goal.

[PL] Wracając do biura pomyślałem, że założę koszulkę na krótki rękaw, którą miałem na wypadek słonecznej pogody w torbie sportowej. Podczas mojej nieobecności inni nie-południowcy musieli się zbuntować, bo temperatura w pomieszczeniu spadła do około 22 stopni Celsjusza. W takich warunkach o wiele lepiej się pracowało.

[EN] Returning to the office, I thought I would put on the short-sleeved T-shirt I had in my sports bag for the sunny weather. In my absence, the other non-sunny people must have rebelled because the temperature in the room had dropped to around 22 degrees Celsius. It was much better to work in such conditions.

[PL] Do realizacji wrześniowego celu "przebiec 100 km" brakuje jeszcze 23,86 km, co daje 3,977 km dziennie.

[EN] There are still 23,86 km short of the September target of "running 100 km", which is 3,977 km per day.
