Hey guys, night shift. Hit the park and got to it earlier. Hills with a weight vest, & push-up at the top. I’m finding super setting right after a cardio exercise increases endurance and releases more endorphins into the brain through the massive oxygen intake. Pushing lungs to maximum expansion and compression rapidly directly links with the oxygen flow to the brain. Not sure the exact name for the effect but something good is happening at that moment lol.
