A good start may not be necessary to get to where you wanted to be, but consistency is the key. Doing daily walking and activities that lead to post my daily achievements has become a part of my daily activities. It's been 25 days of gradual walking, from the stage of pain in my legs to no matter what I had to go for a walk and achieve my daily goal, is what I consider progress.
