With joy into the new year
It was a start to the year that we will remember for a long time to come. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
After the festivities at night, I started the year rested with: Spoon, oil, tissue and lemon. We had guests staying over again, so we had a wonderful New Year's breakfast. My supplements also found their place with ease, as my new intake plan is working well.
What I like about the change is that I already include the fat-loving vitamin A in the morning. And I like chlorella much more in the evening than in the morning, because the first intake of the day is much easier and I don't have any difficulty taking the extra portion in the evening.

Mit Freude ins neue Jahr
Das war ein Jahresstart, den wir noch lange erinnern können. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Nach den Feierlichkeiten in der Nacht startete ich das Jahr ausgeruht mit: Löffel, Öl, Tuch und Zitrone. Wir hatten wieder Gäste, die noch geblieden sind, und so hatten wir ein wundervolles Neujahrsfrühstück. Meine Nahrungsergänzungen fanden auch unbeschwert Platz, denn mein neuer Einnahmeplan funktioniert gut.
Ich mag an der Veränderung, dass ich das fettliebende Vitamin-A am Vormittag bereits berücksichtige. Und ich mag Chlorella am Abend viel mehr als am Morgen, weil sich die erste Einnahme des Tages deutlich vereinfacht und mir die Extraportion am Abend nicht schwer fällt.
