😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y actifit, hoy fui a entrenar en la mañana un poco la resistencia, ya que es muy vital para el deporte que estoy realizando el cual es la calistenia y Streetworkout. Entonces, que mejor entrenamiento de resistencia que hacer unas trotadas y sprints en el parque. 🦾❤️🔥
😄Hi, how are you my dear friends from hive and actifit? Today I went to train a little in the morning for resistance training, since it is very vital for the sport I am doing, which is calisthenics and streetworkout. So, what better resistance training than doing some jogs and sprints in the park. 🦾❤️🔥
Normalmente realizo entrenamientos de fuerza y explosividad, pero para poder tener una mejor resistencia aerobica lo mejor es hacer trotes y sprints. También realice saltos de cuerda y la verdad que tenía tiempo sin realizarlos jejej, pero aun asi no se me olvida como realizar una buena técnica en el salto de cuerda 🦾❤️🔥.
I usually do strength and explosiveness training, but to have better aerobic resistance it is best to do jogging and sprints. I also did rope jumping and the truth is that I had not done them for a while hehe, but even so I have not forgotten how to perform a good technique in rope jumping 🦾❤️🔥.
