Step count 0, past midnight- some steps, small amount of weight lifting- My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2020

Step count is 0, I didn’t open the application until 25 min past midnight so it does not register my previous day’s step account .

I got in a small amount of steps. I had a productive, enjoyable zoom meeting for a business course.

Got in some weight-lifting too. Two sets of curls, and two sets of ‘shoulder presses,’ if that is what they are called. I used my dumbbells, and I raised them straight up above my head in an aligned motion until meeting at the top, back to starting point, and up. I believe those are just called shoulder presses.

Anyway, I did those and felt a bit better. Minimal getting sick today, but it was still there, fitting time too, when I was on the phone with the indoor environmental specialist company waiting for a rep to connect me to a specialist that could explain what they will be doing at my home tomorrow.

My mom called them, which I am very thankful for, and they are going to do some evaluations tomorrow. As usual with the indoor air management, and most other services, they charge decent-sized fees; I plan to contribute over time and share the cost as I have been doing with expensive, but necessary at-home maintenance.

That’s a summary of my day and physical activity with an extra addition about the home project. Getting to sleep and starting again tomorrow; hoping to incorporate more weight exercises as it really feels good to lift those weights and exercise muscles that haven’t really been used in a long time.
