My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2020

Steps done. Did some bicep curls and a few sets of a shoulder exercise.

Productive enough day.

Need to stay focused and get work done.

Felt better exercising with weights, night-time was preferable...during the day I was lifting weights and trying to keep food down, so that was painful, as usual.

Almost time to restart the day and go back to hell in the morning.
