Since I missed my workout this week, I had to come up with a way to do some strength training. I got creative. 👉
My husband owns a windshield repair and replacement company. So today, I carried 12 windshields (varying in weight between 30 and 50 pounds) about 100 feet.
Mission accomplished! I got my steps in AND strength training! 🙌
