It's been a rough day. Busy with too many things. Lacking ease and feeling constrained by the routines.
Work stuff was giving me a headache, the weather was stuffy and humid, I had to go to the doctor to get some prespcriptions for grandma. Not much space for any me-time left.
A gentle reminder that we don't make the rules. But following the rules is always our own choice.
