Walking and Running - the daily Change keeps me fit!

Often my training runs are followed by a walk the next day, and today was no exception. Yesterday it was a 7 km walk, today a 7 km run.

Of course running is more exhausting, especially since I ran several intervals at my competition pace today.

In this way I try to stay fit and healthy.




Oft folgt auf meine Trainingsläufe am nächsten Tag ein Spaziergang, so auch heute. Gestern war es ein 7 km Spaziergang, heute ein 7 km Lauf.

Wobei natürlich Laufen anstrengender ist, zumal ich heute mehrere Intervalle mit meinem Wettkampftempo gelaufen bin.

So versuche ich fit und gesund zu bleiben.
