Spent almost the whole day stuck at my desk today. If you look at my step chart, it is pretty easy to tell that I was just sitting around because of some online workshops.
Got away from the screen later in the day and went out for a run. Managed to get a bit over 5 kilometers in to clear my head after all that desk time. Needed that lol.
The pace was not anything crazy, but it was better than nothing. Ended up closing my rings anyway, which is pretty cool after sitting around for so long. Tomorrow I am going to the gym with a friend. Let‘s see.
