Discovering new trails with my bicycle

Today I will show you an interesting place that I explored, located in the Poda Protected Area.

The place had until recently been hidden by tall reeds, bushes and grasses, but with the approach of winter the vegetation thinned and drooped, and thus showed me many interesting things.

That's how I got to this rather large-scale project of RIOSV - Burgas, the goal of which (I learn from the information board) is: "Improving the nature protection status of species and types of natural habitats, on the territory of the protected areas of the Natura 2000 network".

I hit a gravel road with a water channel on the right side.

Moving along road, I soon reached another water channel located on the left side.

The feeling of moving between the fields of water on both sides and the stormy wind that violently rippled the water in them was exhilarating.

Around the water and inside was vegetation that was sparsely spaced but very green and fresh.

Continuing on I came to the place where the canals flowed into the sea.

From Foros Bay there was a view of the Black Sea.

Here, by the sea, among the rocks, it was peaceful for a while. But the strong wind soon reminded of its presence and did not allow me to relax.

There was a dirt road to the south that I really wanted to explore and see where it led. I will tell you about this road soon.

Thank you for stopping by!
