Walking through the mountains, touching and feeling nature, walking with friends, enjoying the wind and the breeze, the views, the sun, the smell of the earth and the weeds, just a little of that is enough to feel good.
Like when you feel at the top without needing to be above the whole world, you don't need to feel powerful or wealthy, nor anything material that you may have will make that moment something superior because it already is, the necessary calm in the mind, clear ideas and lungs filled with fresh air, the contrast of the cold and the heat of the sun that burns but does not hurt. Sit on some rocks, listen to the sound of a river passing by, a waterfall that hits the stones polished by the endless passage of life itself. Know that this is how it is.
What is having problems!? Is it something that really happened? It is real? From what point of view is this a problem?

Caminar por las sierras, tocar y sentir la naturaleza, pasear con amigos, disfrutar del viento y la brisa, las vistas, el sol, el olor a tierra y a los yuyos, solo un poco de eso ya basta para sentirse bien.
Como cuando uno se siente en la sima sin necesidad de estar sobre el mundo entero, no se necesita sentirse poderoso ni pudiente, ni nada material que pueda tener va a hacer de ese momento algo superior porque ya lo es de por si, la calma necesaria en la mente, las ideas despejadas y los pulmones llenos con aire fresco, el contraste del frio y el calor del sol que quema aunque no duele. Sentarse sobre unas rocas, escuchar el sonido de un rio pasar, una caída de agua que golpea las piedras pulidas por el paso interminable de la vida misma. Saber que así es como es.
¿¡Que es tener problemas!? ¡Es algo que realmente a sucedido? ¿Es real? ¿Desde que punto de vista esto es un problema?
