When the seafood dish arrived at the table, my eyes were immediately struck by its beauty. A variety of fresh seafood, shrimp, crab, squid and scallops are beautifully arranged on a large plate.
Tender seafood meat, complemented by spices that permeate every bite, makes me really like the taste. There is a sweet taste from the crab, savory taste from the shrimp, and a chewy sensation from the squid which all come together in taste.
One of the things that makes the experience of enjoying seafood even more memorable is sharing this dish with your closest friends.
This week I was lucky, I had the opportunity to visit the newest branch of Bandar Djakarta located at PIK 2, and my culinary experience there was truly impressive. This restaurant has a very neat, elegant and exclusive feel, giving an expensive impression that makes every visit special.
One of the interesting features of this restaurant is the aquarium display which displays various types of fresh live fish, shrimp, squid and crabs. Make no mistake, the variety of seafood they sell is no joke, starting from Cipung's favorite Shisamo Fish, Rafi Ahmad's son, Ronggeng Shrimp or Mantis Shrimp, to the king of crabs, namely Alaskan King Crab, it's all here.
